As such, we are offering a debt collection service package to assist clients and businesses with collecting outstanding money due and payable.
The debt collection service package will include the following services:
Telephonic consultation with client; Perusal of all applicable and necessary documentation; Drafting and dispatching (by way of electronic mail) of a formal letter of demand to the debtor; and Two telephone calls to the debtor to inform him/her of the outstanding amount, formal letter of demand and demand payment and/or undertaking for a formal payment arrangement.
The costs for the debt collection service package are as follows:
– 10 instructions: R1 500.00 excl. VAT per instruction;
– 20 instructions: R1 300.00 excl. VAT per instruction;
– 30 instructions: R1 200.00 excl. VAT per instruction: and
– 50 instructions: R1 000.00 excl. VAT per instruction.
In the event that the debtor agrees to a payment arrangement, a further service which we offer is the negotiating, drafting and finalisation of an Acknowledgement of Debt.
The negotiating, drafting and finalisation of an Acknowledgement of Debt is charged at R1 500.00 excl. VAT per Acknowledgement of Debt.
