ANDREW DUFF
SENIOR PARTNER

Andrew established Andrew Duff Attorneys in September 2010 but has been practising for his own account for 14 years as of 2023.

Andrew completed a B.Com (Law) degree from the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) in 2004, whereafter he completed his LLB degree at the University of Johannesburg in 2006.

He started his professional career as a Candidate Attorney at Blake Bester Incorporated. After leaving Blake Bester, he elected to start Andrew Duff Attorneys (“ADA”) and its various iterations have led to Duff & Associates (“D&A”) (as of March 2023), in order to ensure that his personal touch and work ethic was experienced by all clients of the firm, and that this ethos was represented in all arenas.

Andrew has acquired extensive experience and provides specialised legal services in the following areas: commercial drafting, contract and corporate law, commercial and civil litigation, labour law, family and divorce law. He is incredibly proud of his 100%-win record in the Supreme Court of Appeal.

HAZEL NHLAPHO
CANDIDATE ATTORNEY

Hazel Nhlapho joined the team at Duff & Associates in August 2020.

She started her career in the legal field in supporting roles at Stemela & Lubbe Attorneys where she worked closely with both directors at the time and acquiring invaluable experience in the litigation field for over 5 years. She went on to work at DLG Legal Services thereafter Malowa Attorneys Incorporated.

She has assisted in litigation matters, collections, debt review, establishment and registration of trusts, Hazel is an all-rounder, highly committed and dedicated to becoming a competent legal professional.
